3. Client Obligations
Clients agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information regarding accounts placed for collection
- Ensure all accounts placed comply with applicable laws and regulations
- Maintain confidentiality of proprietary collection methods and strategies
- Pay fees according to the agreed-upon schedule
4. Compliance and Legal Requirements
All collection activities are conducted in compliance with:
- Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA)
- Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA)
- Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA)
- State and local debt collection laws
- All other applicable federal, state, and local regulations
5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Leafy Financial shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
6. Confidentiality
We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client and account information. Details are only shared when required by law or as necessary to carry out our recovery services.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate services with written notice. Upon termination, all accounts and related materials will be returned to the client within a reasonable timeframe.
8. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Leafy Financial offers a SMS messaging service. You can opt-in to our services by texting "START" to +1(817) 687-2918. You may choose to opt-in to our SMS messaging service at your own discretion and you may opt out at any time. We will communicate with you via SMS for the purposes of Payment Reminders, Payment Receipts, or other Informational notices regarding your account.
Participating Carriers
Participating carriers include: AT&T, Boost Mobile, T-Mobile, Metro by T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, UScellular, and Virgin Mobile. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. T-Mobile is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency may vary. Message frequency is dependent upon user and account activity. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, please contact your wireless provider.
Opt-Out
You can cancel these services at any time by texting "STOP" to +1(817) 687-2918. We will respond with a single SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.
